I believe Bourdain is one of the few food hosts that deserve his title on TV. He’s honest about what he eats, and is earnest about wanting to learn about other cultures.

I believe Bourdain traveled when he was little, since his family is French. But still, to travel again when you are 44 years old is a long wait! He deserve ever ounce of his success.

Great fanfare. I watch episodes of No Reservations on MY time; home alone or cooking or working from home. I feel like I have a special pass every time I watch. Thank you, Netflix!

Yes, I want Tony’s job too. HIs work combines all the passions I happen to have. I learned how to live vicariously by following this guy. I read his book “Kitchen Confidential” and became a fan on the spot.

Tony has one of the greatest jobs I can think of. I remember when he went to Nevada or somewhere, there was some people like “are you allowed to drink on the job?” Tony was like “That is my job! To go places get drunk and eat” (Not quoted word for word, just how I remember it)
