There is a flat fare of $45 from JFK airport to anywhere in Manhattan. You will probably have to add in $5 for tolls and then whatever tip you feel is acceptable (another $5 – $10).

For $15 you can take an Express bus into Manhattan,
with stops at Grand Central, Port Authority, or Penn Station.
From there you can get a taxi to Central Park,
or if you don’t have too much luggage, take the subway.

There are also the shared van rides like
SuperShuttle and PrimeTime, but they are more expensive than the bus.

Here is a full rundown of options.

Try http://www.taxifarefinder.com. You can use the drop downs to estimate that trip. The flat rate is $45.
