The average taxi fare is approx HK$200-250. The color of the taxi is red to be hailed. It depends but approx 20-25 min is sufficient. Taxi may be hard to find, esp at New Territories, booking is advice, but will be more expensive than hail on street.

fr Tuen Mun to TST wil be about 30 mins drive after midnite as no traffic at all by that time. there’s a highway all the way fr Tuen Mun out to TST. taxi by meter wil be approx. HK$260-280… not sure. but the red taxi has deduct that meter a bit by the government for long journey travel. so u can be benefit 4 that. dun take green taxi as they didn’t reduce their charge yet + green taxi can’t goto city.

On a normal day it would be roughly HK$230-260. Expect to fork out another extra HK$50-80 on Christmas Eve.
